Gigi's Room

Taking a break from packing to post about Gigi's room. Can you guess her favorite color? Asked her how she would like to decorate her new room... "red and white," no hesitation, very certain for a 5 year old. But its proving to be a little more difficult than I thought. Choices for little girls rooms are endless, as long as you want something pink or purple. Finally, I found the most adorable, whimsical fabric by Thomas Paul: Forest in Red Pepper. Reminds me of old German wood work with the horses, bunnies, deer... that Hansal, so hot right now. Add some polka dots and stripes and we are on our way. Scored a Calvin Klein crewel pillow from Home Goods. And I have been waiting to use this Gigi poster since the day she was born. Hope she doesn't change her mind.
